Recent research in what is the most effective therapy concluded that the relationship between the therapist and the client dictates the best outcomes and not the type of therapy that has been given.
The therapy I am offering is relationship focused. This means I am engaging with you in a healthy professional relationship where we can enquire and investigate old patterns. Patterns that make you stressed, depressed, feeling stuck or lonely, in order to transform.
Sometimes this means we might have to revisit experiences in the past where these patterns have been established.
Besides focusing on the relationship, I integrate techniques and tools specifically relevant to your situation, such as Mindfulness or EMDR.
A therapy session lasts 50 minutes and I charge £45 per session. The sessions take place on a weekly basis.
